Ordering

We sell packaged spice blends in the United Kingdom. Products are subject to availability. An order acknowledgement is not necessarily acceptance; we accept an order when we confirm dispatch or otherwise expressly accept it. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment received.

Prices

Prices are in GBP. We are not VAT registered. Delivery charges are displayed before payment. If a genuine pricing error is discovered before order acceptance, we will contact you with the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel.

Delivery

See our Shipping & Delivery page for current options and prices. Delivery estimates for Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 are not guarantees. Risk remains with us until the goods are received by you or someone you nominate, as required by law.

Your rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable distance-selling rules are unaffected. See Returns & Refunds for cancellation, faults and refunds.
