Change of mind

For most online purchases, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you wish to cancel, followed by another 14 days to return the goods. Contact info.alchemistpantry@gmail.com before returning anything so we can provide return instructions. Customers pay the direct return postage for change-of-mind returns. Please package returns securely.

Some goods may be legally exempt from cancellation, including certain sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. We do not treat all packaged food as automatically exempt.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods

Contact us with your order number and an explanation. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 remain unaffected. Where a return is required for a qualifying fault, we will meet reasonable return costs as required by law.

Refunds

For valid cancellations, we refund the price paid and the cost of basic outbound delivery where required by law, but not the additional cost of an optional premium delivery service. We may make lawful deductions for excessive handling. Refunds are processed within applicable statutory deadlines, generally within 14 days after receiving returned goods or evidence of their return.

To cancel, email info.alchemistpantry@gmail.com with your name, order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
